Newberry Manor has just three guest suites ensuring that necessary degree of personal attention.  Other facilities include an elegant and tranquil lounge room, a large breakfast room overlooking the gardens.

Orchid Spa Suite
This suite is located upstairs, features its own lounge area and kitchenette with fridge, and microwave as well as tea and coffee making facilities, LCD/TV, DVD/VCR and Foxtel. This suite boasts a king-size bed with fresh quality linen, and is complete with large ensuite with private two-person spa, in addition to full ensuite facilities.  An array of quality toiletries are provided, together with hair dryer, fluffy bathrobes and towels.  This room opens via French doors to a private balcony with garden setting overlooking the cottage gardens.  The suite has split system air conditioning, a ceiling fan and electric blanket for those cooler nights.

The Rose and Hibiscus Spa Suites
These suites are spacious and luxuriously appointed bedrooms.  Both rooms boast king-size beds complemented with fresh quality linen, and are complete with large ensuites with private two-person spas, in addition to full ensuite facilities.   An array of quality toiletries are provided, together with hair dryer, fluffy bathrobes and towels. Both rooms open via French doors to a private verandah overlooking the cottage gardens. Each room features tea/coffee making facilities, fridge, microwave, LCD TV, DVD player and Foxtel. Electric blankets for those cooler nights and split system air conditioning for your personal comfort.

Breakfast Room
Our delightful breakfast room is a beautifully furnished sunny room, overlooking the cottage gardens.  As with all our facilities, the breakfast room exudes luxury and relaxation.

The Lounge Room
An elegant guest lounge room invites tranquility for reading, writing letters or simply chatting with your fellow guests next to the cosy log fire in the cooler months. A 42" Plasma with DVD/VCR is also a feature of the lounge room. Complimentary port and chocolates are available in the evening for that extra indulgence.

The Gardens
Our guests are free to enjoy the tranquility of our large cottage gardens, with rose and jasmine arches, tall peppermint trees and beautifully maintained flower gardens.  Guests can also relax using our barbeque facilities in this delightful peaceful setting.
