Cancellation Policy

• To guarantee your reservation, all bookings require a deposit of one night's accommodation per room.
• Cancellations less than 7 days before arrival will be subject to a charge of 50% unless we are able to resell the room.
• A no refund policy is applicable if the booking is cancelled within 24 hours of arrival and payment for the full amount of stay will be charged unless we are able to resell the room.
• A no refund policy applies for public holidays and the Easter / Christmas / New Year periods.
• Should you terminate your stay after arrival, then payment for the full period of your stay is requested.
• A $30.00 administration fee will be charged for all cancellations.
• All bookings will be confirmed by mail as soon as deposit is received.
